Collie’s Commission Info/TOS

Some information and if you have any questions:You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.Turnaround time:
For regular commissions, Turnaround time is anywhere from around a week to around two months. For Wing-it’s, turnaround time is around 1-4 weeks.
This is depending on complexity of the commission, where you are in my queue and how busy I am with my actual job and life outside of this. This timing is only an estimate and it may take shorter or longer, but I will get it when I can. So please be patient. Thank you!
If you wish to have something done much quicker, I do offer a rush fee or if it interests you, I occasionally have 24-72 hour completion sketch openings!Prices and Fees:
Prices listed are only an estimated base price. You may (or may not) be charged more depending on how complex your character and/or idea is. And if you wish to have more than two characters. Additional characters (after the second character), so a third, fourth, fifth, etc range from an additional $15 to $75 USD depending on character complexity and comission type. The final total will be given to you in dms as a quote once the form is submitted.
Some of my prices are per character (at base price), some are not. These prices do fluctuate. So please keep that in mind if you intend to commission me again in the future, as the prices in this form and information written here may change.
On average, commissions tend to be under $100 usd. This varies depending on what you pick.
Fees:EDITS:
For regular commissions submitted in the regular/original form, you are given around 3-4 free edits for your commission, afterwhich all edits are anywhere from $5-$20 per edit. This depends on complexity of the character and the posing and general commission itself. Number of edits I allow are limited.
I do have my own limitations as a artist so I can only redraw the same bicep so many times. I can and will refuse edits after a certian point if I feel that It is out of my comfort zone to make something happen.
Depending on how to go forward after I fail to make a edit happen because it is something I simply cannot do, I can either proceed with the commission and complete it or I will charge it as is depending on the progress level of said commission.
I WILL NOT spend hours on a commission only for it to not be 100% perfect and satisfactory as the commissioner sees and therefore it be free, my time is not free. So I will charge what is created as I see fit.
Chefs still charge you for the food you ate even if the food was a 5/10 rating.
For ‘wing-it’ commissions, I do not allow edits unless it’s a major mess up on my end and a necessary/important detail to the character design.
Additional Characters (so a third, fourth, fifth, etc range from an additional $15 to $75 USD depending on commission type and complexity). These prices vary and are subject to change.Artist’s character. If you wish to have an oc of mine included in your commission (no, my fursonas aren’t an option, unless sfw), they will be priced the same as an additional character. No discounts unless stated in a post. To view my ocs, see the link below.
Not all characters I own are listed here, but here are a few to choose from.

Complex characters are an additional $5 to $25 to price of commission. This is if your character has a very specific striped and/or spotted pattern, large wings, lots of horns along the entire body, multiple tails, or a combination of some sort.Alts and extras will be an extra fee ranging from 10-25 USD (clothing, internal view, etc).
Backgrounds will also cost anywhere from 50% to 75% extra to final base price of commission.
Color can be added to your two panel refined sketch/panel comic for an additional $25-$75 depending on character complexity.Rush time. If you wish to have a commission done in two weeks or less (No less than one week). There will be a fee for this. This entirely depends on the commission type and the description of what the commission will be. So it will be a case by case basis. That being said, If you would like an estimate on the fee, it may be anywhere from $20 to $100 or possibly more.DNP (Do not post/private) commissions will also be an extra fee of 10-25 USD. DNP commissions wont be posted to any websites but they may still be posted in my discord's art gallery if it is something I would post publicly. I can also just post without tagging your account (anonymous),just ask (this would be free!)!There are NO EDITS or preview picture for my 'quickie'/'dirty' wing it sketches or traditional on paper sketches. This also applies to anything labeled as a ‘wing-it’PAYMENT
DO NOT pay me upfront unless I have asked you to! Payment is normally accepted halfway through commission progress or once it is fully completed.
Payment must be sent through a paypal link I will send you. Within the payment note/title/description/message, please type 'illustration', 'painting', 'face painting' or 'art supplies'.
If anything nsfw is typed out, it will not only get my account in trouble and potentially banned, but yours too! Please be aware of this!
Once I send you the final product, which will be a high res file of your art commission, I will send you this link. So once you submit in this form and I have alerted you that you are added to my queue, please keep in mind to have your payment aside til I can accept it! Please keep in mind this is not always the case and I may ask for payment upfront or halfway through, rather than once I am done. Please do NOT pay me upfront unless I have asked you to.
I do not accept payment plans.NO REFUNDS! The only case in which I will refund your money is if you paid beforehand, and I have yet to start your commission within 45 days. I will also not give a refund if ive had no communication or replies from you in 180 days (about six months) or more. Time is money. If I fail to hear back from a commissioner in 180 days or more I will complete the commission to the best of my ability. To avoid cases like these, this is why I normally accept payment at the halfway mark or after completion. If your traditional sketch gets lost in the mail that is something I am not responsible for. From the moment it is received by the mail carrier, it is out of my control as to where it ends up. By paying the $5 fee to mail out, you are taking a chance for one of a kind artwork to be potentially lost in the mail. This has never happened to art I mail out before but things do happen and this is something you must be aware of before agreeing. I will not give you a refund if your commission gets lost in the mail. Such things are out of my control. I do not offer tracking status for mailed artwork either. If you request a chargeback on a commission I have already started or completely finished, you will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to commission me.Artist has the right to deny any commission she feels that she cannot complete. By submitting in this form, this does not guarantee client a spot in artist's queue unless the artist has messaged you. If the artist is going to accept your commission, you will receive a message from the artist within 1-14 days of your submission. I, the artist, am entitled to refuse any work I do not want to do.By submitting this form, you are agreeing to this TOS.- Collie (Artist)
